You could take a look at Oku-san, it's in roughly the same vein as HxT, a seinen romantic comedy with lots of big, breasted fanservice. I'll second Oku-san. Really deserving of being picked up after chocolate dropped it. Not sure if it's weekly or not but it is months (years?) behind at the least.
I'd love to see someone finish up some of the author's other works, especially Baka to Boin or Okusama wa Joshi Kousei. Both are finished, but both have been abandoned by the groups who were translating them.
Come to think of it, I believe the only series of his that's ever been finished is Peridot.
baka to boin isn't that outdated or too long other group have already done 31 chapter (volume 3 finisced) and ended at volume 5 (i think 49 or 51 chapter).
I was wondering if you would be interested in doing Amaenaideyo (http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=8166) it is finished. The first volume was done but there are 6 other untranslated volumes. I have some good raw of it if you interested.

Okada Kazuto made some awesome manga like ibitsu sundome and kyoukasho Ni Nai perhaps u could find another awesome title she worked on but isnt translated yet? after Hantsu pantsu ofc ;p
